These terms govern use of PCD Templates services.
Service Description
PCD Templates provides AI creative production templates, workflow systems, and media generation tools via a managed platform.
Early-Access Status
The service is currently in early-access. Features and availability may evolve. Users are onboarded individually.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. Access is non-transferable.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use the service for illegal activity, to generate harmful content, to abuse the platform, or to circumvent access controls.
Intellectual Property
PCD Templates and its template systems are the intellectual property of PCD LABS LLC. Users retain ownership of their own brand inputs and outputs.
Digital Products and Workflow Systems
Template systems and workflows are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Payments When Enabled
Subscription billing will apply when payments are enabled. Pricing is listed in USD. Billing occurs per the selected plan.
Cancellations
Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues through the paid term.

The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of specific output quality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PCD LABS LLC's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
